Nice location

Very nice accommodations. House had essentails . Central location . Only issue i had was under amneties it listed a hot tub which there wasnt one. Overall good experience

Place not clean and not as advertised in listing

We had a few issues with the place. The owner did reply promptly and apologized for the problems but we were not there long enough for them to be fixed. Safety concern: The window in room #7 blew in almost hitting my husband. The window did not look to be installed correctly. It was not on a track, just shoved into place. General cleanliness: The place was overall dirty. The floors were sticky and turned our white socks black. The dishwaswer was full of dirty dishes. The trash outside was overflowing. Slow drainage in the bathtub and hair balls found. Thin and raggedy towels. False advertising: The listing mentions a hot tub and tennis courts which the place did not have. Roku in the room with the twin beds not working. The owner suggested changing the batteries and told us where they are kept. We had a good time with family but were very disappointed in the place and would not stay there again.

Our stay was very nice, our true rating would be a 4.5. but the beds creaked horribly. The home is located close to the city and restaurants! So nice. The home was clean and we didnt have to worry about the extra essentials, which was a bery thoughful touch. The neighborhood was a great location for mornings jobs. W

Several Friends attending a conference in Charlotte

We had a group of 6 adults attending a conference in Charlotte. This house was very good for our group, 2 of us shared a room, the other three bedrooms had one person and one person used the sleep sofa. We had a comfortable stay - mainly used the house for sleeping and breakfast since we were away all day and evening.

Cozy little home, very spacious downstairs, pod of bedrooms upstairs. Decorations were nice along with the entertainment such as basketball and ping pong. Was a perfect place for our group of 8!
