It was a quick overnight stay to catch an early flight out after driving 4 hrs. 2 free drinks helped ease the stress of driving in Charlotte. Drinks were well made. Food was mediocre. Reception was a little cold, room was nice and quiet, Bar staff was Great! I would stay here again.

Check in was very easy coupled with the Hilton Honor app. I was offered water as a nice gesture. Each night with the guest reception was great with good snacks and the 2 free drinks. We stayed in one of the recently remodeled rooms and it was very nice. However construction was still ongoing on other floors and the noise and parking lot congestion was a little disruptive for customers. Minimal inconvenience but interruptive for sleeping in and in-out travel on the property.
