I travel a lot so I've been to multiple hotels and I can honestly say that their breakfast was so fresh they were cooking it keeping it hot not like your other hotels for things sit they made things fresh so your morning breakfast was fresh Very high rating give it a 10

Good stay overall

Our room was not ready at check in time and we waited for an hour for it to be ready. There was only 1 elevator working so we had to wait a while for it to come to our floor. But overall the room was nice and clean and the rest of our stay was good.

The only problem I have was I got charged for early check in. I’ve done early check in many times before as a AMEX Platinum member and I was never charged. Only got charged at Hyatt.

Check in and check out were very easy, the wifi was usable, and the breakfast was actually very good with various proteins, sweets, dairy, and fruit options. The place was undergoing renovations when we were there including only one of the two elevators running; even with that and staying on the top floor we never had to wait too long. The people working here were super nice as well. I would stay here again.

Great, free breakfast from 7-10 am. The staff who cooked the breakfast was very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that they have a "bar" but dont offer alcohol or room service. When I sat down to order a drink, the woman gave me a dirty look and said "we dont serve alcohol here" in a judgmental tone. Despite there being wine glasses on the shelf behind her.

We arrived approximately at 2:30. Room wasn’t ready so we walked to a neighboring restaurant. Arrived back to hotel shortly before 4 to check in which went smoothly. Room was standard room, nothing fancy. Floors did have crumbs throughout so we kept shoes on when walking around. Left for concert and got back to room around 1am. While getting clothes ready for shower, I thought I dropped a sock and when picking it up realized it was a black surgical/latex glove. One elevator was out of order and one sounded like it had issues at times. Other than the cleanliness slightly lacking and the inconvenience of the elevator situation our stay was short and hotel location was convenient.
