They didn’t even have towels, sheets or covers clean, the neighborhood is crazy you can see someone walking with all type of guns, crazy thing I ever experienced.

The hotel needs a renovation, apparently they are doing that, so that's good. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, specially Brittany. Breakfast had some good options. Close to Carowinds and shopping malls.

Found one roach in the bathroom and the water coming out of the shower was scalding hot due to a broken valve otherwise excellent stay overall. The hotel was really close to restaurants, stores and the airport. Their breakfast options was amazing and we loved how spacious, clean and comfortable the rooms were. The staff were warm and friendly, we were moved to a different king bed room right away due to a hot water issue.

I can appreciate that the property was well kept. I also like the fact that they had an outdoor pool which the water and surrounding area was very clean. The gym was a little small but had enough equipment to get the job done.

The check-in process was easy. During the check-in the staff mention they are going through a remodel. She let me know only one elevator worked, the light for the floor I was staying on didn’t work as well as the light to press the elevator to go up. Communication was great. I didn’t mind all the hiccups during the stay because the staff provided me with all the information I needed in the beginning. They served a wonderful breakfast & had free wi-fi! I will definitely stay here again in the future

My room Air conditioner had mold, so they had to change our room, 1st floor ice machine leaking water from the bottom and the floor/carpet is soaked and wet don’t think no one realize it but the condition is not sanitary.
