This is an Amazing Lake House!
Easily accommodates your family. All new beds and luxury bedding, towels, etc. 2 Spacious kitchens. Kids will want to be in the huge pool all day playing volleyball. Adults will enjoy the spa.
The layout is great for entertaining or just relaxing. 8,000sf consisting of 8 bedrooms on 4 floors each with a living room and a wall mounted TV. On main level dining for 26 - kitchen has two long tables that seat 12 easily + folding table that seats 6 + bar that seats 2 + porch table that seats 6. At pool level dining table seats 6 + bar that seats 2 +game room table for 4 + another game room bar table for 2.
Spacious and inviting entryway, a master suite with his and her bathrooms, a large kitchen with double ovens. It is fully stocked. or really just order pizza. Supersized wall mounted TV in living room (floor 2). An adult floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, veranda, and living room and laundry room with new high end washer/dryer (floor 3). A kid floor with play area, TV, games, a barn for little ones, etc. One room has 2 bunk beds that can be separated (a full with a full trundle and two twins) as well as a queen bed and the other "kid" room has 2 Queen beds and a twin and the living space has a pull out sofa (floor 4)---find pak n plays on this level, too. Finished basement opens to the pool, second full kitchen, outdoor picnic area, and has a queen bed, twin daybed and sofa (floor 1). Exercise room with direct access to hot tub and pool. The oversized 2 car finished garage has a Tesla Charging Station and is currently being used for ping pong, video arcade, regulation pool table, 3-hole putt putt, foosball, giant jenga, and has a second new washer/dryer set. Outdoor in-ground basketball hoop.

Did we mention kids? Love them! Don't leave them home they'll miss out on a vacation of a lifetime.

Spectacular Main channel view of Lake Wylie. Amazing outdoor entertaining with large paver patio around pool, chaise lounges, sandy beach and fire pit, huge yard, 3 boat dock with a lift, 3 spacious verandas on floors 1, 2 &3.

5 minute drive to Lake Wylie restaurants or 3 min in your boat or rent ours. New pontoon. Kayaks, canoe are included.

Grocery stores are 5 minutes away

This is a vacation rental so we don’t allow Weddings or parties. Family reunions OK. No HS youth groups or college parties. Holidays have a surcharge. Also the pool and hot tub can be heated for $100 per day. Discuss payment options with owner. We gladly rent our new pontoon boat.
Floor 1 is handicap accessible with full bathroom (shower) and queen bed and a twin daybed and sofa.

I was highly impressed with both the host (Rick) and the overall experience. The house was very nice. The internet did not work, we contacted the owners, and they came to fix it. It seemed to be working when they came, but it did not work later that day, nor for the rest of our stay. The house seemed not to have been cleaned thoroughly before our stay. It is a large house and perfect for our family of 20. We would have liked TV's in all the bedrooms and the 4th floor especially, needed a better cleaning. The owners were very nice and even gave us some tips on places to go!

Summer Family Gathering

Beautiful home and great location. Host Rick was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Our 4 generation family travelled from 4 different locations to meet and we had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, lake, hot tub and all the amenities provided. House was very clean and spacious. Perfect retreat on a full wedding weekend

We rented Rick’s beautiful lake house for our family who traveled in from 5 states to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. It was so great to all be together. This house offered great casual visiting spaces and many great amenities that entertained the varied interests and ages. Very comfortable for our large group. Great to have 2 fully stocked kitchens and 3 refrigerators. For a large group you won’t find anything nicer or better.

Family vacation

The house was everything we expected and more. Location was ideal, while just minutes aways from Charlotte, the house was secluded in a nice neighborhood. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house and pool.
