Rooms are small , for the price. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and kept “rolling” open. We placed a towel on the ground and jammed it in to keep it shut. Shower handle to turn on water fell off 3x which is annoying at $175 a night and when spending the weekend with someone new. Room was clean. Lounge area is nice. Parking is annoying. We left on Sunday morning at 6:00 am because our parking fee at $31 was expiring again. We paid daily. Hotel should give guests a complementary parking pass-seriously!!! That’s ridiculous. Be aware that you walk into hotel and there isn’t anything but a seating area and elevators. Hopefully you’ve read that check in area is on the 13th floor at the bar! Weird design, honestly. No coffee in rooms, no iron in room - but there is a stash closet - where you can find irons and extra pillows, etc. I know that because I went to the 13th floor to ask someone at the bar area where I can find an iron. Again, annoying. The highlight and only highlight is the lounge area on 13th floor. Period. Maybe someone will reach out to give me a complementary stay and try this again. Ughhhhh!

Staff great, location great, room…. Enough to sleep and shower in. If you are looking for a luxury situation this isn’t it but it’s not bad. This was a last minute trip so I can’t complain. Halls and rooms could be cleaner, but nothing that would stop me from staying again.
