Beautiful, Quiet Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and relax. The property is close enough to major roads so we could get to downtown Charlotte in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Very clean property woth great hospitality! Refreshments and k-cups, along with kitchen necessities were available.for use. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and wothin a fewminites of a grocery store. There was plenty to do within ten minutes, and Carowinds was only half an hour. Plenty of sleeping spaces!

The inside of the home is nice and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable the exterior on the front is in need of a clean up. The back deck was dirty and seating was also dirty. Overall if you ignore the exterior the house is nice.

Would suggest a few things host should make all house rules available prior to booking, grass in back needed cutting, deck furniture and outside area could have used some attention for cob webs. My stay here was FLAWLESS!! I can’t say enough. SUCH A VIBE!!

Communication and access was impeccable. The property was set in such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with close to no vehicle traffic. There was more than enough space for my my entire family. Residence was super kid friendly. Easy to entertain. Watching the kids work on puzzles with their grand parents while preparing food in the kitchen was absolutely amazing. Entire house was cleaned and free of dust. Adequate linen and toiletries provided with impeccable bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Looking forward to returning! The property was nice and spacious for our family gathering. A few issues: there were bugs in the upstairs bathroom and although this property was booked for a family gathering, the grass was not mowed so we couldn’t use the back yard and we were aloud 13 adults I received a message from the host enquiring about cars parked on the street. If the property manager does not want to allow family gatherings, please change the listing. Thank you my family still had a great time.

Several problems.

The door code was changed sometime in the morning we were to check out. One of our party had an early flight and when we got back to the house at 7:00 the code for the front door was no longer valid.
