Staff was very nice. Safe area. Kitchen was not stocked. Floor needs to be cleaned, could be dust from the construction, not sure, but could not walk on the floor without shoes.

The property felt like a modern apartment..definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff who helped us check in were super helpful and thorough. My only complaint is that one of the pillows had a questionable stain, but other than that, everything was great. Overall, if you’re considering staying here, I’d say go for it. Amazing quality for the price.

It said full kitchen access. However, there were no paper towels, dish soap, sponge, etc. The dishes and glasses were in the dishwasher, but we were not sure if they were clean. Then we called the front desk, but no one answered. Also, numbers of dishes and glasses were not enough for 4 people to stay. If these areas to be improved, the hotel can be more comfortable and convenient to stay.

I previously stayed at the Stay APT in Huntsville, Alabama, and had a great experience with no complaints. However, during this visit, the room had a strange smell, and the sheets appeared not to have been changed. I called the front desk, and the woman I spoke with assured me it would be taken care of, but when I returned, nothing had been addressed. I expected better from this property.

Overall, I give this property a one star because of the safety. My bathtub was dirty. My shower curtain was dirty the living room area the kitchen area and the bedroom were completely clean. The staff downstairs were professional and kind. My bath towels looked dingy. I was staying here on a business trip and I left at 3 o’clock in the morning. I was checking out anyway because of the other safety issues when this guy attempted to attack me. He was just standing outside of the rooms across the courtyard staring at 3 in the morning. I made it down to my car before he came out of the building, he was waiting until I was alone outside. The only thing that saved me was a complete stranger coming around the corner by the time the man got about 6 feet away from me. He had followed me down from the second floor, came out of the door, looking for me, and then had started walking up to me very quickly as I reached for an item I keep for protection, when another man came around the corner, he stopped immediately in his tracks, put his hands in his pocket and looked around as if he wasn’t doing anything. I was able to jump in my car and get away after begging the other man to not go in until I got in my car safely. I called the hotel and told them about this because there is an emergency exit that these people prop open with a rock. Hotel management took this seriously or at least they seem to. I have no idea of knowing if this is going to be addressed because I’m never going back.

Never coming back

GM is was rude and quite unprofessional. Customer Service made an error with our bill and he got mad at us and called the police. Needless to say he still mad. We are not!!! Good riddance. Train your employees correctly.
