Perfect for families, business travelers, relocations, events, and longer stays, you’ll be close to Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field, Spectrum Center, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, plus parks, greenways, museums, breweries, dining, shopping, and other local attractions.

Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with a cozy living area featuring a Smart TV with streaming access. You’ll also have free high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an allotted off-street parking spot.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays and thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels, sheets, and blankets, plus starter kitchen and bathroom supplies. You’ll also find a coffee maker, hair dryer, vacuum, iron, ironing board, and everyday essentials to help you settle in with ease.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any cookware, dishes or utensils that are used or load everything that's used into the dishwasher and insert a cleaning pod. The cleaning service will run a wash.
Close all windows and turn thermostat to 70 degrees in the warmer months. If cold weather, set thermostat to 62 degrees. Make sure door locks behind you.

This property was clean and comfortable. The location was great close to downtown. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Only thing I would suggest is it needed more than one TV..

Patsy’s place is absolutely amazing, better than the pics in my personal opinion. The location is chef’s especially if you’d rather be closer to Downtown Charlotte. My only slight issue was the WiFi was constantly going in & out the 1st day of my stay however things were handled in a timely fashion. Patsy was also nice enough to allow me & my guest a late checkout. Add some body mirrors and this place for me would be a 10/10. But until then I would definitely stay at Patsy‘s place again!

Hubby and I were visiting Charlotte this weekend for a family function. This pet friendly townhouse was perfect for what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable, we were very pleased with these accommodations. Parking was great as we had our own designated spot and there were plenty of grassy areas to walk our pups. What really impressed me was the great customer service that was provided. I needed a hair dryer and one was not available as stated in the description of amenities. I contacted our host and a new one was delivered to us the next morning. Thank you so much for a great experience and we look forward to visiting again.
