This was a nice hotel to stay in! I was there for 2 nights and 3 days as a solo female for a concert and it's super safe! Staff is friendly and it's nice and quiet at night. The breakfast is especially nice too!

Short breakfast hours

We checked in late due to a flight change. No problem there. Evening attendant was very friendly. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We did notice that the hallways were very cold. Do they not have heaters running in the hall? The only thing I was disappointed in were the breakfast hours. They were 6am to only 9am. I’m used to having it available till at least 11:00 am. So we could sleep in a little bit. Maybe this hotel is more for business travelers, IDK. So we had to find breakfast elsewhere, when we were trying to get on the road. This would keep me from staying there again unfortunately.

We stayed here a few nights while visiting Charlotte. Convenient location and reasonable price. Hotel appeared relatively new, clean, and beds were very comfortable. Only issues were you can hear people above you if you stay on a lower floor and the AC unit is loud when cutting on and off, even with fan on go mode.
