The Space:

With accommodation for up to 6 guests, it offers ample room for connecting and spending free time together. The primary bedroom on the 3rd level boasts a King bed, while another large bedroom with a queen bed is also on the 3rd level. The 3rd bedroom with a queen bed is on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are equipped with ample closet space.
Fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided for each guest, along with a hairdryer. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and balcony. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Guests are allowed 2 cars to park in the garage.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Uptown Charlotte has much to offer within walkable distances. The light rail is less than a 9 minute walk, hop on to quickly get to central Uptown or further south to South End and more. Plenty of Ubers are also available at this location.
Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance. The rooftop is off limits to guests per our attorney's recommendation.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
Interaction with Guests:
