Please wipe up spills, do not set hot pots on quartz counter. Don't forget to lock the door prior to leaving.
Prior to departing cut off ceiling fans, lights turn temp to energy setting, and leave parking passes. Failure to leave passes is $50.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Irish went above and beyond with all the little extras including setting the table with Christmas dishes for the holiday. We had a terrific stay. The house had everything we needed. My wife fell in love with the new oven and all of the appliances/TV's worked great. The sheets and towels were super soft and smelled so good. We will be coming to Greensboro to visit family a few times a year and we hope that Iris will have us!

This house is such a nice and comfortable place to stay! Very very clean and the space is fabulous- easy lay out. Irish is lovely! And she even has a nice back patio area to sit outside.
