Great place. I called prior to ensure there were cookware in rooms. Was advised it was but it was NOT nor did they even have any. Very disappointing bc it was the only reason I booked there. Other than that staff cool and nice place to stay.

From what I learned, the hotel is under new management so they are training staff and a littlw short staff. The lady at the front was very nice and friendly. The area was quiet and not busy with traffic. The rooms have no carpet and the person above me was very loud late at night. Sounds like they were moving furniture frequently and they walked super hard (but that has nothing to do with the hotel). They did not have ice buckets in the rooms or tissue boxes. Something I think would be good as they grow. Otherwise, was a okay for a quick stay. We were in town for 2 nights to attend a sporting event.

I believe this hotel is fairly new, still has a freshly built smell, so there are no pest issues like most of Charlotte hotels in this price range. Thank God for that. The hotel employees are all nice. There are no people loitering around the property. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. The area outside is clean. It's peaceful and quiet. There's a flea market not far from here. I'll be here for awhile and I don't mind at all.

Staff was great. Very professional. Easy check in. Comfy beds but only 1 pillow per person. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Room had kitchenette but nothing in it. No cups or anything. Room was clean.
