This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff at each interaction. We appreciate the pet-friendly rooms and that it was quiet and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Overall great stay.

All 3 of the desk clerks were exceptionally friendly and accommodated all my requests. Only 2 minor complaints - room had inadequately bright lighting (bathroom over-bright), and a banana and apple at breakfast were well past prime. Exceptionally nice facility and slightly lower rate than other similar hotels in town.

We chose this hotel because there was a hot tub. It was out of order. When asking the checkin clerk when it would be fixed, he just stared at me and continued the check in. He was ride and not friendly at all. Our room had some issues, the curtains would not close all the way, so we were woke up with the sun each morning. The water pressure was horrible. It took me at least 5 minutes to rinse the shampoo ot of my hair. If they think they are saving water they are not. Now i dont blame Comfot Inn, but the water main to the hotel broke so we were out of water for a whole day. No one bothered to mention that you should let the water run for a bit to get rhe sediment out of the line. The beds were hard and you could actually feel the springs. The room was clean with the exception of some stains on my sisters comforter that looked like blood. I will have to say that the morning crew was fabulous. So friendly and helpful and started my day with some really good food and smiles, that was really nice. If i retun to Orange for another visit would i stay at the same hotel? Probably not.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Orange, VA. Mark, the desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful during our time at the hotel. Our pets enjoyed plenty of area to walk and were greeted warmly, too. The lady in the breakfast room over the weekend ensured that the food was served hot and delicious.
