Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 800m from the beach and only a 5-minute drive to Walmart and shopping centers, and about 3km from downtown.

The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, baby crib, and can comfortably accommodate 8–10 guests and pets for a relaxing stay together.

Guests will have full access to the entire house during their stay. I lives in the basement with a separate private entrance, ensuring your privacy is fully respected while also making it easy to assist you whenever needed.

The kitchen, living room, backyard, and parking area are all available for your use.
