1970s flat-roof villa in Le Corbusier style, offering exclusive amenities just for you. Everything is set up for you to enjoy quality time with family or friends.
The villa features a sheltered jacuzzi for 6, a large pool (5 x 8 m) covered by a dome to ensure pleasant water temperature and safety, a built-in charcoal barbecue, two terraces, and open views. It sits on the edge of a fully enclosed, tree-filled park with a children’s play area and a ping-pong table. In the courtyard, you’ll also find your own pétanque court.
The villa is near the D86 road, which borders the property.
Inside, you’ll enjoy a spacious 60 m² living area filled with light and views of the 3 Becs (Vercors). All rooms are air-conditioned. There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom: each has a 160x190 cm double bed, and one has an extra single bed. Two toilets are available: one separate and one in a bathroom.
Beds are made on arrival, and towels, dishcloths, sponges, dishwashing products, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent are provided. Final cleaning is included.
Please note: the villa is not intended for parties or events. It’s ideal for a relaxing stay with family, friends, as a couple, or solo.
