A former oyster farmer's house, recently renovated into a 170 m² family home, is located near the main beach. It features a garden and a ping-pong table.

Parking is available in front of the house for at least two cars.

Beds will be made, and towels and tea towels will be provided. Ideal for two families.

The charm of this house lies in its large, bright, and well-equipped kitchen with a large south-facing window. The open-plan living area (kitchen and living room) is 70 m². There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 180 cm bathtub, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet with a washbasin on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with three single beds (including one 120 cm bed), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a mezzanine room, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedding is new.

Three desks located throughout the house allow for working from home.

Outside, there's a garden, a shower, a large table, a ping-pong table, a charcoal barbecue, and an electric griddle that can be used indoors or outdoors. There are also sun loungers, games, books, and comics for children and adults.

It's an ideal location for walks along the beach or bike rides. Bike rentals are available year-round at the Port des Boucholeurs (1.6 km away).
The house overlooks a boulevard lined with plane trees, 150 meters from the beach, in the Dunes district, near the marina, the aquatic center, the spa hotel, and the thalassotherapy center.
It's a 10-minute walk to the main street and the covered markets. There's an open-air market on Tuesday and Friday mornings.

La Rochelle is 12 km away, Rochefort is 17 km away, and the town is served by a regional train (TER) 15 minutes away on foot.
