This cozy retreat features 1 large open plan bunk-style room with 6 comfy twin bed, and easy access to two nearby bathhouses with showers, and amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer. Perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for a peaceful getaway. Have a big group? Reserve both Koi Cove and Pond Nook together to have two semi-connected buildings that sleep up to 11! Fall in love with Ellijay and enjoy the magic it has to offer!

The price listed for KOI COVE CABIN includes THREE GUESTS. Additional Guests will be charged $65 per person per night. (Youth age 5-11 are only $35/person, and young children age 0-4 stay free)

Koi Cove Cabin is located at Mulberry Gap Adventure Basecamp, an awesome little adventure resort located just 20 minutes west of downtown Ellijay, Georgia. Mulberry Gap has that laid-back "summer camp vibe," but for individuals and families!

We have:

WILDLIFE We are located near tons of wildlife, including black bears. Take care to place your food/trash inside your cabin/vehicle or in The Barn.
PETS must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Pets may not enter The Barn / Retail Store. Guests must sign a Pet Waiver prior to arrival.
QUIET HOURS are from 10p-7:30a daily. Others are likely sleeping in tents nearby at this time. Please remember to keep your volume at a low level.
