The property is so run down. Hopes in the bedding. Very unsafe area. We didn’t even get into our room and 9 cops flew by with sirens. The pictures on Expedia do not match at all. These reviews that say it was great must be fake. Also, left AirPods in the room, called front desk, guy said he would call back, never did. So we called again and he said can you check your tracker… yep, did that. He said he would call after checking with staff… no call. Shady place. Expedia should take them off… tried to take a shower and had to run the water for 18 minutes to just get warm water. Don’t waste your money. Sleep in your car. This place is trash.

The room smelled terribly strongly of bleach, like it was a swimming pool and made our heads hurt. Also the carpet was very old, dirty and somewhat sticky.

We recently traveled to Chattanooga to pick up a German Shepherd puppy. It was late when we got there and the lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. She explain that there was a nice restaurant next door and they were still open for dinner and she recommended stir fry veggies with chicken. It did not disappoint delicious. It was just what we needed and being dog friendly We were on our way to pick up a new puppy for our family We named her Shelby. The next morning we were running late so we were not able to check out their breakfast bar. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in that area and need good friendly service for a reasonable price.

The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. While we didn’t eat there, they had a yummy looking restaurant on site that is open 24 hrs.

Charged me over $500 when my stay was only $260. Stuck us in a room with a cracked hot tub and as soon as we complained about it, they told us we wouldn’t be charged for it and we’d be moved to another room. However, when we checked out two days later, they tried blaming us for a cracked hot tub that we never even used. Rude management. Won’t stay here again. And the room they moved us to had a toilet that didn’t want to flush all the way and there were ants around the tub
