We enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to everything. Very disappointed that even though we stayed 3 nights we never had our room cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels. They brought the towels, left them on the counter & left. Trash was still full & old towels on the floor. For the price we paid, I expected more. Also, I underatand that breakfast is not included but complimentary coffee would not hurt your profits.

The tv in the room would not come on and we had to call maintenance. He had to come back twice to get it on. Then later the volume would not work and we had to call again. The water pressure in the bathroom sink at 8:00am was so weak, I could not wash the shaving cream off of my razor. The staff was very nice and helpful as they could be.

Manager was rude and dismissed me when I complained about them not calling us/letting us know our room was already ready while we were already waiting at the lobby for 40 minutes. Manager said “we just clocked in and are fully booked” no apologies no nothing, other front desk personnel just wanted me to swipe my card and didn’t want to answer to any of my inquiries. Thus with all these said events, they didn’t offer us breakfast nor pointed us to where the elevators are.
