Had to call the front desk to get a coffee maker in our room. Was told that they are no longer provided in the rooms. Also, there is no ice machine on floor five. Our room was on five. Took our ice bucket downstairs to the lobby. Was told that the ice machines are only on floors 2,3 & 4! :-(

The staff was friendly and helpful and great to talk to. The swimming pool is cold non-heated. Plus I thought they had a hot tub but they did not. There's different Holiday inns in the area and I may have had them mixed up. The food that they have is basically Continental. The hot food that they serve was not hot and they only serve till 9:30 in the morning.

It was very disturbing not to have elevators with the licensing permit hanging. The elevators bounced when you got on and off. Heard from several individuals they were stuck on the elevators because they didn't work correctly. Had a few issues in each of the two rooms that I booked. For the age of this hotel I thought it would be in better shape than this.
