This hotel was in a good location, right by many entertainment places. There are good cafes, restaurants within a walkable (or rideable if you take a bike) distance. The hotel room was clean, the bathroom was simple but clean as well. The staff was friendly and always ready to help or answer any questions. There is no pool or jacuzzi but they do have a nice gym area and a nice breakfast area. The Hotel has paid parking right in front of the building. My friend and I had no issues and no complaints with the place. I highly recommend it to anyone passing by or staying in Chattanooga.

It was a nice hotel, a block away from the convention center which we were there for business. I just didnt understand the valet. And the high expense of parking. I understand its downtown & it got packed so I appreciated having parking for the days we were there. But the room was clean, it was nice. The staff was nice. They didnt have poop bags, but we had our own for our service dog. It was decent breakfast & we enjoyed our stay. I would stay there, again. When I come back in town.

I wasn't aware of paying for parking. Expedia didn't list that on their website when I clicked on your hotel. I like that they put the taxes and fees on there and are transparent about how much my stay would cost. I just didn't know about paying for parking and would have liked to know in advance and what it costs.

Nice to gateway in Chattanooga TN

Check in with as pretty easy, reception staff was very friendly and helpful, same was for housekeeping team. Only thing I would recommend is to have more bars or hangers for towels. Breakfast was good!
