Very nice hotel, love the pool and hot tub people. The young lady at the front desk was fantastic. We checked in, and then later on it needed something and she brought it up right away. She was very, very nice as everyone else was also.

Good choice for stay in Chattanooga.

Good choice for stay in Chattanooga. Good walking along the river close by. Close enough to walk to restaurants and attractions. Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Parking not great but ok. Included breakfast was decent. Will stay here again.

The hotel was exactly as described and shown by Hotels.com. The location was in walking distance of Ross Landing where they have free concerts during the summer. The restaurant food was good and the prices were reasonable between 10-25 dollars a meal. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chattanooga and wanted to stay in the downtown area. Excellent customer and valet services.

River view mostly of a building

We waited 90 minutes after scheduled check in for a hopeful nice room. we got one that DID FACE the river, but was mostly a view of the better wing. Was not worth the wait. Speaking of wait, the elevator is an ultra slow unit, but we were not on a tight time line. Room itself was a standard room, but riverview.......... maybe not so much

The view of the river was beautiful. The walk to the aquarium was easy and relaxing. There is a free trolley that will pick you up at the aquarium and take you down Broad Street. Wear your Walking Shoes! It is beautiful down by the River.

I always hate paying for parking and I really thought this was gonna a more walkable downtown area, but the hotel felt like it was in the middle of a bunch of rundown warehouses or student housing. We were able to walk a mile to where most of the restaurants were, but I had hoped they were closer. It was very easy to get in and out of town from this hotel, but stayed the second night in the suburbs near Hoover and ended up enjoying that experience much more.
