Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a bathroom/WC adjoining the previous bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room/WC, three bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room/WC, as well as a separate WC. In the basement (accessible from the outside), a laundry room (washing machine) is available. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace with tables and chairs, a barbecue, an electric griddle, and sun loungers, as well as a shared, wooded garden of 4,000 m². Bicycle storage is available. Parking is free on the street. If needed, cars can be parked within the property; in this case, entry is from the lower part of the grounds.
