Hyland spacious apartments with garden views, free WiFi, kitchen excluding a cooker and free private parking. 7.4miles from Hylands Park and 13miles from Braintree shopping village.

the space has no cooker but has a small kitchenette. also please note that the stairs are very steep and not ideal for kids running around so please ensure you keep and eye on your kids especially toddlers as there are some unbarrier edges around the stairs. there is a narrow ca

Just like the pictures. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the upstairs floor and a small kitchenette right by the entrance. The bedrooms have enough storage for clothes and other belongings. The fridge is small, but enough for one person and the pantry is spacious. The heating works well and keeps the place warm during the cold months. I stayed for three months and had everything I needed, except for a washing machine, but there are laundromats in the city centre. The host is reliable and easy to reach. There is a Sainsbury's 10 minutes away on foot, as well as a bus stop that quickly takes you to and from the city centre. The area is quiet and does not seem to have other houses around, just offices, so there is not much noise/movement.To access the apartment, you need to climb a flight of narrow stairs, and the same to access the upper floor. Just be mindful of this if you travel with a lot of luggage.

Spot on

We (3) stayed here while carrying out work locally.The apartment was clean, cosy and everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. There is no cooking facilities so this is useful.All round spot on place. Would stay again if in the area. 100%

Poor cleanliness and poor quality with insufficient towels provided

We found 1 of the bedrooms had a half eaten chocolate bar on the floor and a bin that had rubbish in it on arrival. We were provided with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in total for 4 adults staying for 2 nights - when I phoned about this the next morning as we didn’t have sufficient towels we were told they didn’t realise there were 4 of us even though it was clearly booked for 4
