Ok for the price.

Clean and tidy, despite appearing to have been recently refurbished, it felt very tired and dated!! Lots of little niggles (lamps not working, no kettle in the room, cold shower) which fell short of what I'd have expected from a Ramada, and probably explained the budget hotel price!!

Hotel catfish

The corridors stank of Marijuana. The tap, when turned to hot, didnt work. One of the towels had stains on it. There was no heating - it was absolutely freezing. The photos online are definitely catfishing this place!

Friendly Staff but in need of repair

My room was very smelly as there was a plumbing issue with the toilet and I had to be given a new room when I showed the problem. I was given a suite as it was the only room available but it looked really tired inside, kettle was missing in general need of a renovation. I was moved again to a smaller room for the other night and similar condition. On the plus side the staff were lovely and the food was well priced and good quality.

The reception was unmanned at 7am with a number to call I tried twice as I needed a VAT reciept , no one came and I had to leave to go to a meeting ... very poor

This hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of free parking. The staff are very pleasant and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The building looks a bit tired but this hardly matters and it’s very good value overall.

Excellent value for money as I paid very little but the hotel is loud and you can hear everything going on in other rooms. Food quality was poor and understaffed so long waits

Could do better, great location, poor facilities!

This place is literally two mins off the M5 and 10 min drive into Cheltenham so ideally located for business and tourists users. However, i selected on price which in fairness at under £60 was great value for midweek and a gym. The gym was awful though, very poor, basic equipment (running machine broke and tv did not work). In summary if you want a basic, cheap hotel very close to the motorway its fine. If you want a little more luxury with a good onsite facilities dont bother.

The property needs urgent maintenance (central heating does not work) and updating; it requires a thorough clean and more attention to details (cobwebs and dust films in corners). We were shocked that this is a Wyndham property!

A little gem

The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. A very tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Room very quiet had a great night's sleep. Convenient for visiting surrounding areas.

Tired Hotel, needs updating

Hotel was tired and run down. Carpets where ripped and thread bear. Very little staff on duty. People left waiting in reception and again when going to the restaurant know body there.
