Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to all the action, you`ll have the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience during your stay. The outdoor patio is South facing so is a complete sun-trap, perfect for morning coffee or something stronger in the long summer evenings.

You have two good sized bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Double - both served by a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**

Lovely property and location

This house is well appointed and is in a great location. Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and the kitchen is well-equipped if you fancy home cooking. There is reserved parking for one car only and the surrounding streets require permits so if you are a group where more than one car will be travelling to the property, you will need to bear this in mind. Lovely sunny courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy a bit of al fresco dining when the weather is right. Overall a good experience - thank you.
