I stayed in Room 208 for 1 night in late February 2025. There were multiple issues with my stay. First, the refrigerator in the room constantly made a disturbing sound like an ultrasound exam was being performed. I had to unplug the refrigerator to sleep and plug it back in before I left the room to check out. Second, there was no physical drain stop mechanism in the bathtub. There was likewise no drain stopper provided. I had to hold a washcloth over the drain with my foot in order to take a bath. Third, the elevator was out of service. Fourth, the bar of facial soap provided in the bathroom ("Q Shower" brand) left a greasy-feeling film on the skin that required several seconds to wash off. The Front Desk staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good and included omelettes, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as waffles.

They had a nice complimentary breakfast. The property was clean and close to shopping, restaurants and on 10 minutes to the ski area. They have an indoor pool with a hot tub. It could use some cleaning and maybe some more lighting. They public bathroom was broken the entire weekend that we stayed but our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great bed and bedding! TV had lots of options. Front desk staff was very friendly. I was able to get a 12:00 late checkout. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to snow ski.

Nice easy-going hotel. Great water pressure in the shower. Walls are a little thin, we could hear people outside our room and in the hallway. We could even hear people coughing in the room above us. Staff was nice and friendly. Would stay again when we go snowboarding.
