Room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable, staff was great, my only complaint is I felt breakfast was lacking for a Sunday morning. The pancake maker was out of mix I believe it made one but it was no bigger than a silver dollar. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express and breakfast was much better. They wouldn’t let us check in until the very last second even though my room was ready. Then we got to our room and the bed was broken. Like we couldn’t even sleep in it. When i went to complain she told me to put my kids on that mattress and after arguing with her and asking for my money back she agreed to put me in another room. Even though i told her i wanted my money back to go elsewhere. I won’t stay there again.

Breakfast staff cut corners with various aspects of food delivery and presentation. Ex: 1) The lids for hot food dishes would not stay up to place food on ones plate. I was at your hotel for a week. It was on the third day i realized the box supporting the heaters could be moved 1/2" allowing space for the hot plate lids could open and stay open as designed. 2) when hot omelets we brought out, the entire fresh batch of omlets was dumped into the existing pan...
