Enjoy this cozy 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with accommodations to sleep 6 nestled in the quaint little town of Chetopa. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Neosho River from the large private deck. Easy river access from the house for those who enjoy fishing. Full size kitchen with a dishwasher available. Coffee and wine bar onsite. Families can enjoy the city park with pool next door.

Wonderful location and house

This is a great place to enjoy the river, quiet time and relax on the deck. Great host, always helpful and replies when contacted. We have stated here several times and will stay again.

Quick stop by the river

The location is amazing. It is easy to find and was quiet. Even with the river running nearby we could not hear it when inside. The view from the back porch was amazing with the river at flood stage. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings perfect.

Wonderful Experience!

Beautiful Location

The property was the excellent choice for us. We were there for our grandson's wedding that took place at "The Heritage" venue about 10 miles from the location. It was stocked well with amenities that usually aren't available. Our friends joined us from TX and we all enjoyed our time there. The space was well planned. The Neosho river right off the back deck just an extra bonus. We've already talked about just coming back for a weekend to relax.

Property is great. Clean, cozy, great view, very comfortable , close to groceries, good fishing location. Host is wonderful to work with. One of our favorite places. Will stay here again.
