Delightful and helpful owner and staff. Hotel is clean, room has everything required, WiFi is good, breakfast American or Thai are tasty. This is an excellent value hotel

The location of the property was very close to the old city and other attractions. However, the whole place needs a paint job and the rooms didn’t appear that clean. The staff was very nice.

Not bad but coud be improved

The staff is very nice. The room is clean. The environment is OK , safe and not far from an old Central and 711 Breakfast very basic, no orange juice and an old pot of ugly jam . Parking is not easy : only 2 places for cars and most of the time occupied

Affordable accomadation with friendly service.

I was there 3 weeks and was looked after well. They were helpful in all areas, restaurants, activities and help me with changing my flight bookings which I was thankful for as I only speak a little Thai.

オーナーもスタッフも文句無しです。 サービスもよいです。 しかし ベッドにダニがいて毎日数ヶ所刺されました。シーツ交換は毎日行ってもらえませんでした。 更にトイレ洗面所シャワーブースには 大量の蟻が発生していました。 荷物に紛れ込んで来ないかと心配になりました。

無電梯，環境還算不錯， 老闆很親切，也積極掌控客人的狀況 會主動詢問客人的checking in/out時間，以利他們的準備 臨時通知他們須加床，等我們入房時也都安排好了 民宿算有心佈置，可惜我們只匆匆住一晚又早早離開， 未能好好細品 唯獨訂房系統不知哪裡出了錯，導致原本有含早餐的部分，在民宿主人所得到的訊息卻是不含早餐，最後各退一步，算勉強愉快收場

Best in chiang mai!

Everything is very good. The owner is really nice the room is very clean, good wifi, great thai breakfast, good shower, good location, enough to walk to sunday market, there is a shopping mall and cinema in 10min walking, comfortable bed(thai bed is hard but comfy) nothing to complain about here. I kept coming back and stayed here. Highly recommand!
