The hotel is older but is in a very safe and quiet area. There is direct bus transport between it and Haneda Airport at specified times for a reasonable rate. Shopping at the outlets is a two-minute walk away. The staff is extremely helpful.

Exceptional Hotel

While in Chiba, I will always return to Hotel Francs. My favorite is the Corner Twin room because it is spacious and comfortable. The service and staff are exceptional. The Airport Limo bus drops off and picks up in front of the hotel.

An easy access from Kaihinmakuhari Station, about 5 minutes walking. Location is perfect. We got the breakfast package and we enjoyed it with a beautiful view of the bay. The room was decent with the necessary amenities. No coin laundry on site, so you would have to go somewhere if you are staying long. I’d come back again!

Decent but comfortable3-star hotel

Stayed 1 night to meet a friend nearby and before leaving the country the next day. Was my 1st time staying in the area and surprised to find many different types of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was basic and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was limited and basic but what was expected in a 3-star hotel in Japan. The only viable transportation method to/from Narita Airport is the airport bus, which is quick and comfortable and stops right in front of the hotel but with Covid the service is limited.
