The Space:

Our fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor (just a heads-up—there’s no elevator, just stairs). You’ll find a cozy living area with a comfy sofa, TV for relaxing, and a small dining table perfect for two. The kitchen has everything you need—from appliances to cookware—so you can enjoy anything from takeout nights to home-cooked meals.



The bedroom has a plush king bed, and the bathroom comes stocked with towels and basic toiletries to get you started. You'll also have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the vibrant Lakeview area, the property is just steps from popular eateries like Paulina Market and Frasca.



Getting Around:

The Paulina Brown Line station and several bus routes make commuting or exploring downtown easy and convenient.

Only cats are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet. Pets may not be left unattended unless properly crated and must observe designated quiet hours. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed on furniture.



Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.
