Clean but furniture is old. Room had squished dead bug on wall. Requested to change rooms because room 502 was right in front of a stairwell and with a room right across with no room number and I felt unsafe being a solo traveler. The front desk person said they could not change my room.

Work on customer service and procedures

I arrived from Florida to the hotel at noon. The girl behind the desk said that I could not check in yet. Okay, fine but I am going to my son’s graduation in Rosemont so I would like to keep the car here and I will be back late. She said no problem. During the graduation I received a call from the hotel asking if I still want the room: Really?? I already was there and and told you that I would be late getting back. Not very good customer service. The girl should have noted that I was already here and that the room was not ready and that I would be checking in late. Other then being disturbed during the graduation ceremony, the stay was good.

I typically stay in downtown Chicago, but this time we were looking for a more affordable option without parking fees. The property was decent overall. While it’s an older building that could use some updates, it was clean and we felt safe during our stay. It may not meet high-end standards, but it’s perfectly suitable if you just need a comfortable place to rest for a few nights. Just keep in mind, this isn’t a 5-star experience, but it gets the job done.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!

After getting the room key, I went to my room and turned the a/c on and it was very noisy at low/high speeds. Inside the vent, the a/ c unit is very dirty. I went back downstairs and check with the receptionist to see if he had another room and he said there were no more rooms available. He didn’t even offer to get the a/c checked out or fixed. Only told us to return the room and the hotel will refund our money fully. I waited for a week and still got charged. I called to ask for refund and they told me to email to hotel manager. However, they gave me wrong email address. I need my money back.
