I didnt even use the word Magical when i went to Disney lol this place was just a Dream! We had a Magical stay. Laura graciously checked us in and immediately recomended we pop by the rooftop bar which was so elegant and cozy and perfect to unwinding on a soft couch with a tasty bevarage in one hand. We even went back at night when all the beautiful lights got turned on. It was romantic, elegant, and just a perfect spot to disconnect from daily life. The room was so luxurious and comforting and they even had a phone charger in case you forgot yours. The bathroom was serine and i loved how soft and clean the bed was. When we checked out, Andy had such a great attitude and was super considerate if we enjoyed our stay and i appreciate that touch of professionalism from hotel staff. I didnt use the Valet parking but the guys all said hi and good morning and good afternoon and they were very nice as well! Woodfield Mall and Coopers Hawk are literally across rhe street and there are so many options for dining and entertainment arpund this Hotel. I will be coming back again for some much needed pampering.

Amazing Birthday Weekend – Modern, Peaceful, and Beautifully Designed I stayed at Chez Hotel in Arlington Heights for my birthday weekend, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is newer, very clean, and about 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, which made it a peaceful escape without the city traffic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The check-in was quick, easy, and very accommodating, which really set the tone for the weekend. The bed was cloud-soft, and the room was spotless. One of my favorite touches was walking through the hallways, it honestly felt like I was in an art exhibit, with beautiful abstract paintings lining the walls on the way to my room. It made the experience feel elevated and thoughtfully designed. The lobby was gorgeous, and the rooftop bar was the perfect place to grab a drink, socialize, and end the night on a high note. I’m so glad I chose Chez Hotel for my celebration. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay near Chicago.

The perfect last-minute getaway!

Super friendly staff at all times. Room was immaculate, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Yummy complimentary mini muffins in the morning; water, tea, and coffee. Entrance from outside is a bit lackluster compared to everything once you get in (and not clearly marked), but that was just an observation - didn’t bother my stay! I do wish the rooftop bar had longer hours. Did not get the chance to go there except to take a peek due to an event I had to attend.
