Beautiful new hotel. Beds and pillow are amazing and TVs were huge in the room. Had a nice hot shower and enjoyed the coffee in the room ! Great stay. I’ll be back.

The Hotel is stunning! every detail has been covered. Staff was very nice! Banquet room is beautiful and food was amazing! Bed was comfortable, pillows a little hard for me. my only complaint is that the room isnt super quiet. Either they need carpet in the hallways or rooms, you hear people walking and talking pretty easily. The rooftop area was beautiful!

OMG, how to rate this hotel is puzzling .

Booked a 3 day stay ! Well checked in on a Thursday evening for a Friday morning surgery ( day surgery)at northwest community hospital 2.4 miles away. Thursday rest good ,friday resting was ok. SATURDAY EVENING ,HELL..HELL.. Wedding receptions in hotel ground floor that carried thru-out every floor of this hotel. Very loud music coming through walls and below the floor .Doors open and closing in hallway till 2:30AM. Called front desk 2X and nothing done untill 2AM. Only 1 staff member here. & 1000's of people attending these receptions.... Hotel ran rapid with drunks . NO CONTROL ANYWHERE ...Trust me , this is real. This is a PARTY HOTEL ON THE WEEKENDS.. YOUR NIGHT OF REST WILL BE AFTER 3AM. REAL STORY. REAL. 2-22-2025. 3DAYS stay. 2 nights ok. 3rd night. what a complete waste . Ty for reading my long review.. 3:36am and now quiet. Night

The constant loud vibrating noise present in our room every 3 or so minutes are gratings. The thinnest walls I have ever experienced at a hotel and pillows that were pathetic. The stupid automatic bathroom light that could not be disabled so you are stuck getting fully blasted by a bright light no matter what. The fact that the bathroom door didn't have a lock is also despicable. This was a hard hotel to be comfortable at

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful hotel! Room was so nice and comfortable the only thing that is needed is at least have 2 chairs at the table getting room service only 1 person could eat at a time. Had dinner at The Rooftop the coconut shrimp a little bland the filet was amazing!! Over priced for bottled beer. Great staff!

This boutique style hotel was designed beautifully. I loved everything about it from the look, to the location, the new rooftop that will open to the public soon. It even smelled amazing throughout the entire hotel. I can’t not wait to stay again with my husband. The perfect spot for any event or relaxing. 10/10 RECOMMEND

The staff was accommodating. The room, however, has extremely thin walls. So thin, I could hear someone open a can, at 1:00 AM. Also, the neighbor turned on the TV to maximum volume, at 1:05, while proceeding to have sex for 40 minutes. All of this lasted until we left for a flight, at 3:00 AM. At check out, the attendant suggested they were working on soundproofing the hotel. If that is the case, at least the hotel could advise: "beware of noise" at check in.
