Nicely updated! Comfortable bed, AC was great and quiet. Vending available. Breakfast was great. Loved the location! Staff was helpful with info on restaurants and locations of things close by.
The hotel itself is really nice ... its modern and new. The room was clean and had good space. My sister, granddaughter and i stayed in 1 room with 2 queen beds. It is located near I-80 for convenience.
I would give it a higher rating if it were not for the noise in the halls both nights. The first night around midnight other guests were quarreling due to extreme noise from a geoup of young people staying 2 rooms down from me. I had to call down to the front desk. The second night, people in the room right next ro ours were talking loudly and making a lot of noise around 10:30pm. Wecould hear them like they were in our room. I again had to call down to the front desk. We probably wontstay hear again due to the guests that stay here.
Did not stay. Booked a room for August 16-17th, received a notification about check out from the hotels.com informing be about a successful checkout (July 31st). I never checked in. Looked at the app and it had a reservation for July 30-31st. I never set those dates I explicitly set them to August 16 check in and August 17th check out. No help correcting this with the help services. I was charged for services never rendered on a day I didn’t ask for them. They were completely happy to pocket my money and tell me there was nothing they could do.
