This was such a nice hotel to stay in. The staff was always friendly and housekeeping was there every morning in case we needed anything. The only issue I had was one of the elevators sounded super sketchy like it was going to break down at any moment.

There was construction happening before 9am and the Hot tub had mold we asked the front desk to do something about it they told us they couldn't do anything and to contact the 3rd party we booked with.

The hotel was clean and the staff was mostly helpful. Our initial check-in was a little odd and uncomfortable due to a disgruntled customer at the check in counter. Not sure who was at fault there for the issue. Breakfast was a 3/5 but I can’t complain since it was free. I did notice what seemed to be people entering the hotel who did not appear to be guest who were helping themselves to the breakfast area. We did end up cutting our stay short due to business schedule changes. We only stayed 2 nights instead of rhe original 4 nights we booked and the hotel said we had to pay for 3 nights since we didn’t notify them 24 hrs in advance of the change. This was a first for me as I always choose to pay at checkout and have never been asked to pay for an additional night for not notifying the hotel sooner for the change. But I didn’t complain and just paid it as I guess this is just their policy.

The flooring in my room was held together with brown duct tape—Literally duct tape! And not just one 3 in strip in a corner, there were at least 10 different strips some 15 inches long!

Great stay, customer service and clean rooms

We came down for some specialized baseball training for our son and just to have a little weekend away. The hotel was conveniently located next to some great restaurants and shopping. The customer service there was really good and the rooms in the hotel were very clean. The housekeepers were so nice. They always made sure we had what we needed and we really appreciated that I would recommend this as a great place to stay. If you don’t wanna stay downtown it’s not far at all into the city as it’s right off an interstate and it’s reasonably priced.
