Nice hotel thats pretty central to everything. Our room was on the small side, which seems common for downtown hotels in this price point. A nice touch is a free chilled water stations that even provided plastic water bottles!

Paid for a city view and windows opened to a back alley, the hallways on my floor smelled like smoke, and the elevators were extremely slow - the one seemed maybe to be out of service. The staff was friendly however, the facilities were modern although not new, and the location is alright.

Smaller, clean room was perfect for a business trip. Just a few blocks from Sears Tower. Restaurant on site was great for meals and unwinding at the bar.
