This is a modernized hotel with prompt, fast elevators to our 8th floor room. Our room was clean, comfortable, up-to-date and quiet. The biggest drawback was that hotel parking was 3 relatively long blocks away.

The room i got was not like the pictures you showed. It was old, with a dirty carpet, old floors and old bed, both made noises while walking or getting into. Tv didn't work properly. Thanks to one of the manager i got a better room the last night of my stay, he was very friendly and helpful. I guess there are 2.5 stars rooms and 4 stars rooms. I got to see both of them, not a pleasant experience, thanks to Chris that helped menout to be more comfortable.

We had a great two night stay here. Booked a queen with a pull out couch. Room was VERY spacious, enough room for more beds! Great staff, great location and nice quiet and dark rooms!

Sparse room but close to train

Good location. Lower priced than other hotels in the area but still a little more than what you get for the price. Staff was friendly. Rooms are sparse. Bar/restaurant next door. A couple blocks to the train. Convenient location but rooms could use some upgrades.

Close to the Museums

I like to stay at this hotel during slow periods during the week. It’s within walking distance to the Chicago Art institute, the Shedd, and the Museum of Science and Industry. There’s lots of great restaurants near by, and just a 15 minute walk to outstanding shopping.
