This is a nice, comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the complimentary water and coffee and tea in the lobby. Easy parking. The breakfast is always very good with a lot of options.

I work in a five star resort in Sunny Isles, Florida, I guess our standards and training are always higher than non-five star hotels, I stay at this Comfort suites Because it’s convenience for me between the city and the airport. Some of the staff are attentive and some are friendly, they try, at least. But the property itself is dated, air conditioner filters are dirty, cracks visible on corners, The carpets are old and are none hyper allergenic, I was always stuffy and sneezing, Blankets are staticky give me electric shocks each and every time because there’s no dehumidification inside the rooms. The housekeepers do a great job in organizing it and putting clean sheets and clean everything but sometimes something dirty slips between washes. The TVs are small and old overall like I said, this place is in need of a make ever!! asap PS I heard the Mary was taking over so nothing’s gonna happen until next year, but at least a little small detail should be taken care of until then!! Bugs flying in the room and dirty air conditioner (found some sort of nest inside). They moved us to another room and gave a pizza voucher... Couch in the new room was torn up and bathroom was dirtier. Airport shuttle arrived 30 minutes late.

Shortly after I checked in two police came flying in for some incident in the hotel. Sketchy. It’s farther away from the nicer hotels and is poorly lit. It clearly needs and update of facilities. The restaurant or next door bar was so loud all night I couldn’t sleep. I won’t be staying again.

I always enjoy this property and stay each time I fly. The shuttle service is excellent to O'Hare. I di notice that time the normal couch n the sitting area in my room was replaced with 2 rather old chair. I was surprised to see this.

Our Room ended up being a double queen which was fine for a quick over night stay, but we noticed we didn't get a couch in our room just two random chairs which seemed off but didn't affect the overall trip. Solid place to stay, very close to airport and good pizza

The common areas in the hotel were not very clean. But the worse part was that my room was smoked in. I feel like the staff should have caught that during housekeeping and not offered that room as a non-smoker room.
