Housekeeping could use improvement in cleaning the bathroom. Corners had excessive buildup in the corners. That's somewhat understandable as there is limited time to turn rooms over. However, in addition to crud in the corners, there was a distinct dirty shoe print in the middle of the bathroom floor. If that dirty footprint was missed, I can't imagine how dirty the carpeted areas are.
