Staff excellent. Rooms are super small especially the suites. It says it can accommodate 4 people and that’s not true. The bathroom doesn’t have a rack to hang the towels. They have these windows on the restroom doors so when someone uses the restroom at 2am it lights up the whole room and wakes everyone up. Parking is overpriced and not good for trucks. No microwaves in the room, they have 1 shared microwave by the elevators that is a real inconvenience when your room is far down the hall. The ironing board was horrible. The balcony is unsafe, but the view is really nice. I love the location. If you are alone you may enjoy the stay. The bed needs updating, there is a dip in the middle. The restaurant is good i enjoyed the breakfast. Some good qualities but i think I'll stick with airbnbs.

The room and hotel was very clean and safe. Felicia Y was soooo welcoming and efficient. And she even called later in the day to check on me to see if I needed anything else or if I had enough towels. The restaurant in the lobby had great food and variety.
