Good location but mediocre hotel

A little disappointed, all the money you spend is just for the nice location. My room was pretty small, basic cable, bathroom was ok, air conditioning wasn't too strong either. The staff were nice and welcoming but in a future visit to Chicago id rather stay somewhere else in town for a cheaper hotel thatll probably provide you more amenities.

We had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza Chicago West, parking was a bit more expensive but definitely convenient. Room was nice and clean.
