There was stains on the counter c pic, we smelt smoke the first 2 days we were there, the noise was crazy most night way into the morning. The frig didn’t cool the ac wasn’t working it felt like it was 73 in the room.

Embassy Suites is in a perfect central location. Walkable to most places and easy to grab an uber if you need to go further. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Convenient to have breakfast on site too. And you can’t beat the price.

Bathroom didn’t drain well. Talked to the reception and housekeeping. Didn’t improve. Shower curtain smelled. Complained 3 times. No change. Housekeeping staff was trying. I could tell. Rooms are huge and spacious. Good to have a mini fridge and a microwave. Breakfast is good. Evening drinks and snacks are offered as usual but we didn’t drink or try the happy hour. Windows are not sound proof in downtown area where ambulances with blaring sirens pass in wee hours. Woke up a few times every night. Won’t stay there again.

Hidden fee of $79 per night to park. Small bottles of water were over $9 each. Towel rack was rusty. No wash cloths, went to front desk to get some and staff acted like that was normal. Breakfast food quality was poor. Frozen pancakes, cold and unseasoned potatoes. Daily special wasnt posted. Did not receive typical Hilton hospitality and customer service.

Both TV’s in room not working. Three trip later, they worked. Next morning, only one TV worked. Had Luke warm shower. Breakfast trays & dishes ALL wet. HD all night to wash & dry. Because trays were wet, all the napkins WET along with tea bags 👎 Plastic knives & no metal forks near dishes, no spoons, plastic or otherwise. Attention to detail 👎👎👎👎👎😵‍💫😢

Front desk rude when trying to check in, arrived 20 minutes early and traveling with children but they would not let us check in until 4 pm. Room was basic. Noted black dust outside of vent on ceiling and bathroom vent was full of black dust/debris. Found button from foot stool block lying on floor with a sharp metal piece sticking up and daughter partially stepped on it. Swimming pool was cold and had many bandaids floating in it. On a positive note, they offered a nice with snacks and 2 free drinks along with a wonderful breakfast.
