Good location

We had to request that the room be made up but other than that it was pretty decent. Breakfast was pretty reasonable (freshly made omelette's etc.... but very busy in the month of July with both conference and holiday guests so expect lengthy queues! Location was right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile and within walking distance from most attractions including the river cruises, river walk and the city beach and pier.

Amazing hotel stay!

The hotel was beautiful & spacious. All of the staff were courteous & friendly. They offer 2 free complimentary drinks a day during happy hour & the complimentary breakfast has plenty of options; pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast/bagel/muffin station, oatmeal station, cereal bar & a build your own omelette station.The pictures accurately display the hotel & room.

Our room was not cleaned despite the front desk assuring us it would be done. We asked for a discount. The manager was supposed to call us back. Over a week has passed. No call. No apology and no explanation. We do not recommend this hotel. On a positive note. All the staff associated with preparing and serving the daily breakfast and evening managers hour were terrific! The very best!!

It was nice that it included breakfast, however the pool was completely full and very loud 3 nights of our stay, room on both sides of us where very loud one throwing a party, didn’t have enough towels for my family and when we asked they where never brought up m. Mold in bathroom ceiling. Husband sat on couch and got an itchy rash on arms.
