Overall our experience was great! Super easy check in, & very accommodating to any requests we had. Our room itself seemed clean and well kept. The only downsides were the shower, very small water stream & the air vent was quite dirty, but that was the only cleanliness issue we encountered in our stay. The rooms are about as soundproof as it gets, we didn’t hear much aside from muffled sirens. The complimentary breakfast both days we stayed were great, lots of options. Overall I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel has to keep an que in bed bugs my son is super sensible he get bite by bed bugs is getting worse, I have to check on him today after school how is looking, if it’s worse I have to take him with the doctor, everything else was nice the rooms, the breakfast, the workers, thank you just keep an eye on BED BUGS please

The check-in was very easy, especially late at night with three children. It being inside instead of on the street was awesome. My only complaint is the garbage truck came at 330 to 4 AM every morning we were there and woke us up.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, they cooked made to order omelets as part of the continental breakfast. My kids liked the pool and the gym was nice. Good location to walk to many downtown sites. Happy hour with included complementary drinks and snacks was a nice surprise as well! Highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel at a great location!

We gad a great time! The room was nice and big. We enjoyed the pool, the happy hour with 2 free drinks and the tasteful breakfast. We also had lunch at the nice Italian restaurant right next to the hotel. Ee also had a nice walk to the Millennium Park.

Upon entering, hotel was clean and seemed well-kept. Pleasant scent in the lobby. Front desk was friendly and professional. Room was acceptable size - also clean and well-kept - excellent for our needs on this trip. Breakfasts were good quality and staff also very friendly and upbeat. It ended up being a fantastic starting point for our visits around Chicago and there are many closely restaurants within 2-3 blocks of the hotel. Uber pickup was spot-on. Many families staying here. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Chicago.
