The room was very nice with a decent view. Breakfast was included which is awesome but the choices for food were very limited in that aspect. Overall I would stay there again I just would probably go out for breakfast

I had to pay $80 per night to parking that was supposed to be so called "Valet" which it really wasn't. I thinking that having to pay to park at a facility that u r staying at is obsurd! I did like that fact that they offered 2 free drinks at an open bar. Ive stated at other Embassy suites and they onl offer 2 types of wine. So being able to choose what drink u wanted was a plus.

I've stayed in many different hotels in downtown Chicago over many years and this hotel is simply put, great. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff super nice. The breakfast was fantastic as well.

I got a room for my son and friends/girlfriends and did not realize I needed to put my son’s name on hotel room to check-In, which was my fault. However, the initial staff person was very rude and just told him they can’t stay there, not offering any assistance on what Could be done. My son called me and I was able to make the correction immediately. Not sure why they had to be so rude. Other than that the 2nd person to check my son in, he said was very pleasant and helpful. Besides the initial impression, my son and friends enjoyed their stay. The room was nice, the bar was nice, and they enjoyed the free breakfast.
