I enjoyed how close everything was to the hotel. Everywhere I wanted to go was a brisk 15 min walk in any direction and could revel in the beauty of the city. I didn't like that I had to leave, will definitely be back.

Breakfast was fantastic for being included in the stay. Made-to-order omelets, and daily options for hash browns, pancakes or french toast, and a selection of baked goods. Very walkable area to the mag mile and the gold coast area, right on the CTA bus line and maybe a block from the L Red line. Only complaint is it's also close to a hospital, so you'll get some ambulance noises at night. Bring ear plugs if this bothers your sleep!

Good location, great breakfast, great mezzanine level. Could have better service - front staff doesnt pick up the phone on time, no room service for lunch/dinner. Also, need more security in lobby - anyone can walk in. Also, the room wasnt cleaned everyvday despite us asking them to. Breakfast could have better coffee (espresso?). The sofa bed in the room was not good - very poor cushion - hurts my back. Also, wish restaurant was open for lunch...is only open for dinner.

We had a good stay at Embassy Suites. Location is excellent and hotel staff all very friendly. Only negative is that the hotel is looking tired and rooms are in need of refurbishment.
