I am a local. I needed a place to stay for the night. Check-in was seamless. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I booked this apartment specifically because it is one of the few hotels with balconies and a full-service spa. It was not made clear that the balconies are locked and not useable, and that the spa is not open on Tuesdays. I am disappointed that I cannot use the amenities that I am paying for.

A great hotel in a very convenient location. Two blocks from a subway station and right in the center of all the restaurants and shopping of River North. Whole Foods and groceries stores right around the corner. Staff was excellent and took care of us after some mishaps with the airline and our reservation. Very attentive and friendly the entire trip. Will stay here again next time I'm in Chicago!

I liked the cleanliness ond comfort of the room. Housekeeping was excellent. The rain shower in the bathroom and water pressure was amazing as well. The only issue with the room is the lack of power outlets near the bed headboard. It was difficult to charge our cell phones near the beds. We had to charge them far away at the desk (where the outlets were located) instead of close to the beds making cellphone use while charging impossible.

The staff are amazing!

Shout out to Rob at the front desk who was so helpful with an early checkin and just on top of everything. Hotel is a great location, shining staff. It is a bit outdated but a great value in consideration of what's available.

Convenient and comfortable

First time stay. Great location - close to shopping but a few blocks off Michigan so a bit less busy. Easy walk to the river as well as the lake plus close to a subway stop
