So I was unsure of this place based on the vague reviews but here is a more detailed description based on someone who travels a lot. Upon arrival the room was extremely hot with a clearly out of date ac unit to work with. Eventually the room cooled down but not by much so if you like a cold room to sleep, this place isn’t it. The shades do not keep out much light in the morning so if you like getting woken up with the sun then this place is for you. Also the bathroom amenities are lacking, no additional flare like toothbrushes or cotton swabs or any extras. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible for anyone wanting to apply makeup, I had to use the window and natural light to see myself. The coffee station is super basic, nothing special, which is disappointing. The tv does not have streaming options, it’s like an old tv set with basic cable. Other than that the location was okay and the design of the room was cute. I won’t be staying here again for the reasons listed above. A nice cold room for sleeping being paramount to my decision.

• The carpet was stained with a large red mark and was visibly dirty. • The baseboards had a noticeable chunk of wood missing, and there were signs of general disrepair throughout the room. • The shower had black mold around the caulking. • Housekeeping did not service the room on the second day. When I called the front desk, I was told that room service had already left for the day. • The bathroom door did not close properly and had significant wear, including wood missing at the top and bottom. • There was chipped paint and visible damage to the walls and baseboards, particularly near the shower.

I requested a crib three months in advance and there wasn't one available for any of the five nights during my stay. My baby had to sleep unsafely on the bed and I slept poorly every night concerned about his safety. I booked this hotel because it offers cribs, otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere, so I'm very disappointed with that service.
