The location is really good and convenient. Close to downtown and public transportation. The hotel is also located at a safe environment. There is no issue to walk around the area at the hotel at night time in Chicago. Staff at the hotel are also very friendly and helpful. It is a good and reasonable price hotel around Chicago downtown area.

Convenient hotel with shops & restaurants near by. The address leaves you around the corner from the hotel & not directly infront (odd). Small rooms with very small windows. Check in was very slow but staff are welcoming.
