In a great area near IKEA and Woodfield Mall! Lobby of hotel was very nice but room looked like it was in the middle of renovating- 2 different types of carpet and there was a big patch on the ceiling. The bathroom was very nice and clean although the hand soap dispenser was on a wall away from the sink which was odd. Beds were hard but the comforter was soft and not too heavy. Breakfast was really good- good selection still at half hour before it closed! It would have been nice to have 2 employees at the desk during check out hours- an employee was helping a person but had to keep stopping to grab keys of people checking out, I felt bad that the customer kept getting interrupted. Overall a great hotel and would stay here again!

Where it's at is perfect! Close to alot of shopping and of course where we were going! All of the staff was super friendly! The hotel itself was really nice, the pool area was very hot upon walking in and was hard to stay in, to watch the kids play, because of that vut that is my only complaint! OVERALL an excellent hotel!

It was a quick trip for a gymnastics comp but we do wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the amenities. Quiet area & very convenient for all the shopping.

It was a great beginning. We checked in and the front desk person was extremely nice and helpful. We were tired and they provided a welcoming effort. We are still here and looking forward to a nice breakfast in the morning.
