Nice property, helpful staff. Roo. Was freezing (50s), they sent a tech up, I let him in to fix. He identified issue, said he wanted to get into the adjoining room too ensure complete functionality and would check my room later. Went to my conference, came back 8 hours later, still freezing Called front desk. They said they would send a tech. Nothing. Called front desk again half an hour later....had to have room changed. Pain in the butt.

The hubby and I did a staycation here for Valentines Day. We had a blast at the bar. The drinks were good and so was the food. The customer service at check in was great as well as all of the bartenders. My only criticism would be the firmness of the bed. Much too hard for me and my back was in shambles….but that’s a personal thing and I’d still stay there again.
