The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms and hotel itself were pretty clean. It's in a heavily populated area of a major US city - you're going to hear noises from outside at night, so just know that going into it(I've seen people complaining about it in reviews). I never felt unsafe walking around the area and there were people all around at basically all hours. I'd definitely stay again.

Sound insulation was terrible, we live on the 19th floor and we can hear the sirens, next room’s TV, people’s chatter and laughter in the hallway. The facility needs some major upgrade and the sidewalk outside of the building is dirty and smelly. Never again
