The Hotel is close to Magnificent Mile and Waterfront. The rooms are large and comfortable. The Webber Grill restaurant in the foyer is excellent with great service.

Beds were very comfortable. On the 20th floor we could still hear the sirens, but I think that’s more about the city and less about the hotel. Walking distance to a lot. Nice gym. Pool looked nice. Smelled nice. Fast elevators.

If taking the El there is a stop tight next to the hotel. I got there early and was able to a store my bags until checkin. Checkin was quick. The gym and pool was on 12. The stay waa good.

Location , staff and cleanliness are great . Room spacious . The mini fridge was too loud and noise from outside was also loud even though our room is on floor 20. The mattress is comfortable but the bed has a big Wodden frame that makes pumping into its corner and hurting one's knees a big possibility . I had to remind myself to be careful , yet I pumped into it twice .

This was one of the biggest disappointments ever in my long history of traveling. I know this is one of the cheapest Hilton brands around. And I was expecting no frills. But I also was expecting the minimum quality that the Hilton brand should offer. The room, in particular the bathroom, was in bad shape. Drawers that didn't shut, weak water flow in the shower, poor natural light. The staff was poorly trained and sloppy in its guidance. I talked to three people and none of them was able or knew how the parking worked. I ended paying 20% more in my parking than I expected (almost 200 for 2 days), because of the sloppy indications from the staff. They send me to complain to the owners, some high profile rental car company, whose employees had no idea of what I was talking about or why I was talking to them about the parking fee. The only thing up to standard was the bed. A piece of advice: avoid bringing a car to Chicago, unless you REALLY need it. And if you do, stay in the suburbs.

very clean. super accommodating for my dog, they even had a goodie bag for him with treats and a ball! the location is AMAZING for public transportation, groceries & restaurants. i would recommend this place over & over again.
