After many trips to Chicago, I can easily say this is perfectly located. It was a great value. The parking right next door was super convenient. The hotel was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and close enough to drop off shopping bags in between activities. The room was beautiful and clean. Quite a bit of street noise at night, but earplugs took care of that. I will definitely stay here on my future visits.

Let me first say that if you are going with a car be prepared to pay $70 a day for parking, this was sprung on us when we arrived !!!! !!!there is no street parking so they got you , it’s worse than where I live in NYC. The bed was old and lumpy, the manager Alexis was the only person I give kudos too.

It’s a great spot to call home base while exploring the city. It’s conveniently located right off the red line near lots of popular spots attractive to visitors and locals alike. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean,Nice staff.A lot of dining option. Near Grocery stores and shopping center. Walkable to main attraction. I only give 4 stars because I have to ask supplies for coffee, cups, etc… The coffee maker did not work on 2nd morning of our stay but there is free coffee, tea, etc in the lobby.

The weber grill restaurant was great , the hotel didn't have water for a shower the last night we stayed there. called the dest 4 times no one answered. the front of the hotel smelled like POT all the time. gross. the pool had no steps into it difficult to get out of.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel and room was clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Room was very affordable on a nightly basis too! 5-10 minutes walk to everywhere we wanted to be and see. Would stay here again for sure.
