Front desk person & shuttle driver were awesome, front desk asked shuttle to make special trip to the airport and they waited for my daughter at the pickup stop. She was travelling alone and was very late in night at 1am. Staff was very sensitive of my request over the phone and understood the situation. They are the best people I have come across.
