Comfortable rooms with inside restaurant & bar as well as snack bar. Had shuttle to O'Hare, however, upon our return the shuttle back was too difficult to locate in proximity of the baggage pickup. Causes anxiousness as we land from a long day of travel. # to front desk does not exist, 800# Otherwise convenient location. Parking daily was $18 a day. Hundreds spent on Parking for family.

Pool and breakfast terrible

Ants really bad by the pool sat in chair for 5 mins had them crawling on me. Also in bathroom by pool ants just running around. Dont waste money buying the breakfast.. service was terrible.. and food was alright except potatoes had so much salt could not eat. No refills on coffee.

Beautiful but dysfunctional HVAC and shuttle

Actually really nice looking place but I had to wait 1.5 hours for the shuttle at 3am when I just wanted to go to sleep. The message says they come every half an hour, if I’d known he took breaks I’d have called ahead or gotten an uber. The HVAC system in my room was making a screaming noise so I could barely sleep even with noise cancelling headphones. Like the alarm old washing machines make to let you know they’re done but continuous all night. Seems like maybe a nice place for a long term stay, but as a place to crash during long travel I literally would’ve slept better and longer just laying down in the airport :(

Great for stay near airport

Check in was quick, service person very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle key feature. Restaurant operated by separate company and coffee bar in lobby convenient and high quality. Room smelled faintly of cigarettes.
