All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful! The front desk allowed us to check in early and check out late, which we greatly appreciate! I want to shout out Alicia, who managed the breakfast buffet, for being the kindest to my family and myself! Our room was large and comfortable, and we had no issues with our room during our stay. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Chicago!
