Nice Room, poor customer service

The room was nice and cleaned well. TV did not turn on, we put in 2 calls before getting someone up to the room to check on the TV. We were not sure if we were going to have to change rooms, so it wasn't easy to relax. Checking out in the morning, the front desk associate was not the friendliest. We were the only people checking out at 4:30 AM, and it took him a minute to actually acknowledge us, as if we were a bother.

Needed a place to stay when my flight was canceled. The Hyatt was easy to get to with their free shuttle. Check in was quick and the bar was open for a nice meal. Comfortable bed and very clean - was everything I needed it to be.

Great fitness room

I reserved a king room that I had a stationary bicycle and yoga mat in it. It was also in one of the towers so I had a round view. The bed was very comfortable and everything was great. I will come back again.
