Pretty good experience. Convenient to walking/running trails, which was nice. Airport noise wasn’t too bad. Long wait to check-in Friday night, but staff was friendly and helpful.

Booked room on Expedia described as 400+ sq ft with photos of full sink counter. At arrival around 12am, was given a room in a not renovated area, paint peeling, pedestal sink, room size was about 300sq ft as per front desk. Front desk refused to transfer us to a bigger room when we inquired. Contacted Expedia via chat, was instructed to go back to front desk and was given a bigger sized room as described by 1am. Front desk was not friendly and didn’t provide instructions on how to get to the new room. We had to ask them twice. Overall, very disappointed with Hyatt Regency, will not consider this hotel chain in the future.

There were not many options for dinner restaurant and snacking grab and go were so expensive. In the morning you will wait long to take the elevator with your heavy baggage.

On web says, room can sleeps 4 people but this is my first time i experience room can occupy 2 and reserving says 4 ppl. Hotel were over booked at time of arrival, check in took 1 hr and staff was rude, first day we were told no tolling bed allowed and 2nd day we were given the option and taken to room. They need to work more on their way of advertising.
