Good property if you don’t need housekeeping ($100 daily) and you don’t mind having to pull up to a closed garage and make a phone call for them to open it for you as there’s no codes. Other than being very inconvenient and having a front desk, that’s designed to accommodate the residence and therefore lacks the traditional pleasantries of a hospitality hotel, the rooms themselves are nice. But forget about service from this property! It’s a residential property that has a hotel feature that is minimally staffed, and Lax the traditional hotel amenities

Only thing was no communication on the pool location and the arcade games so I just didn't go and how to work the stove other that it was a beautiful experience. I think you should let people smoke on the balcony. I mean it is a expensive location and marijuana is legal a recreational use think about it.

The view was spectacular. However, the living room tv didn’t work, we were only provided 2 towels when I had 6 guests on my reservation. The phone in the master bedroom wouldn’t work, there were no sheets on the pull out sofa bed. Only one small blanket was provided. Check in was after 4 pm, when I was promised 4 pm check in.

Loud party next door

There was a loud party in the room across the hall from us that went on from 9:00pm until close to 2:00am,] when the cops finally arrived to kick out the people. We called the front desk to let them know at around 10:30pm, a person from the hotel came and told the party people to be quiet to no avail. The party noise was non-stop and very loud for 5 hours. It was impossible to sleep on the night of Feb 7. Other than that the hotel was nice.
