We stayed at Level the night before and after our Chicago City Hall wedding, and we had an amazing time. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They heard that we were getting married and sent champagne up to our room. It’s the small details that made our stay amazing. We didn’t bring our dog, but we loved that it is a pet friendly building. That is awesome!

I love all the Level locations but by far the Fulton Marketplace is our favorite. Mark @ front desk has the perfect customer service skills, assisted me & my family's needs diligently- he went above & beyond with upgrade & parking. Our stay was all around memorable & we will definitely be returning- mainly because of Marks on-point customer service, in his kind, calm & composed mannerism of professional customer service.
