1) elevator broke the 1st night, i climbed 10+ stairs 2) room was dusty, even the remote 3) room was cold, I told the front desk and got attitude from the staff. 4) I got expired shower products, I’m talking 2024 expired — I stayed mid-2025. 5) I told the front desk about these issues at checkout, they said they are waiving the resort fee AND early checkin fee. Gave me a receipt with only the early checkin fee waived and tried to gaslight me. I didn’t have time to stay and argue. Overall stay was not worth the money, especially when the staff is unpleasant.
