Everything is New. Very bright, super spacious 450-square foot suite, cedar gazebo private patio. On 1/3 quiet enclosed acre with a firepit and Adirondack chairs. This is a private entrance with plenty of parking. It is a back entrance walkout daylight garden-floor semi-basement with full 8-foot ceilings.

Shared large laundry room right off the entrance foyer. Nearby is downtown Downers Grove. You are one mile to 5 miles of every shop you could want to go to and great malls including Yorktown and Oak Brook. World-class Morton Arboretum is a few miles away.
